The materials tag is missing but pretty sure it is wool. Long ribbed cuffs and ribbed stretch material around neck too. Cape flows from shoulder in both front and back of jacket. Cape snaps at bottom of back of the jacket. Snap closure up the front. Good vintage condition- hole inner liner armpit, does not affect functionality or appearance, see picture. Fibers of wool kind of have a hairy appearance upon close inspection I tried to picture this as best I could, I am unsure if this is simply the type of wool used or damage.
