MSK 90s Vintage Skirt Set Witchy Black Velour Chiffon Unmatched Set-Jacket USA LThis is such a great set. I swear I had this skirt and went dancing in it with my corset top in the 90s. Gotta love those memories at The Vogue in Seattle. (Or the Catwalk, but I liked Vogue better)The chiffons do not match. The skirt is more of a dusty black and the sleeves and tie on the top are more crisp shimmer black. They do go together fairly well, but you can break them up and have lots of ways to wear these two pieces.
