Decorative small urn or planter with handles. Decorated in the distinct Gobelin design by Eva Zeisel. This planter is the same shape and decoration as the original Schramberg pottery from the 1930s, however it is marked Castle, Made in Germany, and therefore may be a later reproduction.
In good vintage condition with a few small chips to the handles and feet as shown in the photographs. There is a manufacturer defect in one of the feet which means the planter has a slight wobble. This misshapen foot is glazed over. There is some slight crazing to the glaze on the base.
