It was tried on once and exchanged for another size. Tags are still attached. We have inspected and found no defects. Product packaging is also included.Size XS/S: While lying flat,bra top is 23.5" across the bottom from end to end, cups are about 10.5" across and 5" tall. Skirt is about 44" long, 11.5" across the very top, about 15.5" across the hips and 14" across the top of the flare. Skirt does have some stretch to it after that for a snug fit.
