This item doesn't have a place name on it, and I couldn't find out where it's from even after searching...
It's very similar to the Guam and Saipan Jet Ski Kitty, but I couldn't find a definitive answer!
It was probably sold as part of a marine sports series.

No one else is selling this on Mercari, so I think it's quite a rare Kitty.( > _ > )
