Women’s XL Spin Doctor Hell Bunny Mary Pinstripe High Waisted Corset Goth Skirt

This skirt was designed to be high-waisted and come up to under the breasts. It has a pleated handkerchief hem with corset lace front and shirred back for comfort. Here is a 2012 review:“…The ‘Mary’ skirt is wonderful. A multi-layer, high-waisted skirt made from heavy pinstriped fabric, it has corset lacing in the front (honestly, we’ve collectively got to figure out another term for that design detail), a shirred back that allows for an even better fit, and the two layers of skirts are square-shaped, providing a sharp, pointy-hemmed edge to the floof factor of the skirt. It’s an amazingly versatile item. I’ve worn it as a bustle over longer skirts, and of course over my usual layers of knee-length petticoats; I’ve seen other ladies wear it with fishnets and tall boots, giving it more of a stompy, punk flair…”This skirt was purchased brand new when it first came out, I’m guessing it was a Hot Topic but she also bought clothes from online stores when she was in her Steampunk days too. This was way back, at least when this review was written- maybe a bit earlier. It has been worn a few times- very long ago. I do not see any flaws, as you can see from the images it still looks brand new, even a bit dusty from hanging in the closet for the last 15ish years 😂All sales are final.
