Agate Quartz & Crystal Belt Buckle Plate

Gorgeous sparkling belt buckle withwhat I believe to be a genuine Agate crystal stone.So much detailing on this oval shaped plate with an antique gold colored filigree border, almost a brass color metal.The outer edge is lined with yellow/gold topaz colored rhinestones.This vintage piece looks to be a custom-made item.I am not familiar with tack equestrian equipment ∴, I'm not qualified to offer more information than what I can visibly see. If I stand corrected on any details, I welcome your comments. I would presume someone would wear this for alivestock show, a rodeo exhibit, or just to go line dancing. 🤷 🐎.It's too much of a beautiful accessory for me to keep& not sell it to someone who can utilize it & show it off.There is a stamping on the inside, but I'm unable to view it clearly to decipher what it is. There's actually a lot of Hallmark coding with symbols and letters on the back side.
