Gorgeous Moser? Scalloped Dish with raised Paste Gilt. Circa 1900. It stands appx 2 1/2 tall, 4 1/2 in diameter and the base is 2 . When I purchased this it was perfect, but I presume I missed one tiny chip. It is not noticable, unless you run your hand over the side. Check out my pictures, the little chip is circled on one picture. Please make sure you know this pattern and maker, we searched it out and found one match, on a set that sold for over 2k.
