fully serviced. plays perfectly arm just doesn't retract, referring to the manual it says if arm doesn't retract take apart arm, clean and oil and if it still doesn't retract replace arm and since there are limited to no new parts available because of age arm will have to be manually retracted at the end of the record. everything else works 100%, all parts serviced and mechanisms taken apart and oiled. arm works fully just doesn't retract automatically when the record ends.
