Used and in good condition. Measuring tape straps slip a lot in the adjustable brackets, so I put Jaq and Gus Gus pins from Disneyland to hold the straps in place (see photos). Straps are marked up from the metal brackets as always happens with light colored straps on Loungefly bags. There are no holes or tears, but the bottom does have some marks (see picture).
