This is the Breyer 2007 BreyerFest Celebration Model horse. Limited edition, only 5000 made. Model number 711107.
However, on this particular model, the chestnuts on both right legs were not painted. I’ve reached out to Breyer to ask if they had any information on how many were mispainted, but have not heard back yet. All Breyer models are hand painted so of course there is room for error but it is very rare they let a misprint out!
Again, there were only 5,000 of these made so they are already very rare. The last picture shows how it should have been painted.
I could be taking a loss on the value but I’d rather it go to someone who would get more out of it.
