This game is in perfect condition and I opened it and never played it, but all of the pieces are in the box. A friend bought it for me and we were going to play it with some more people but never had a chance to. While there is no plastic seal on the box, I never played the game and have not lost any pieces (check the picture). This game looks really cool and complex, and maybe if my friends were patient they would try to learn how to play it instead of just wanting to play the original Catan. The box is barely damaged (there is a corner dent) and there are a few scratches, but the game looks like it has never seen life yet and is in perfect condition.
