This is a framed, original drawing by artist Jason D'aquino. Made famous for his incredibly lifelike, matchbook-sized drawings, D'Aquino has miniaturized everything from the Crypt Keeper to the Apollo 11 crew and the Mona Lisa.
Although this drawing is much larger than a book of matches (11.5 ×7.75 ), it's an interesting piece as it's only one of 20 distrubing, valentine-themed drawings done in one sitting by the artist via Facebook Live. Each of the valentines were drawn in a 1960s Lowbrow style and often featured various combinations of a boy and girl engaging in a macabre pun.
The drawing is in perfect condition, but the frame has two minor scratches on the plexiglass surface.
