Back & front gate-fold covers; large fold-out poster saddle stitched in the center & has not been unfolded/removed. Acquired at Nashville Hatch Print shop in 1993. Closed brochure: 9x11.75 inches. Stored well & in excellent condition. Includes photocopies of news clips & general info.
