Very Little wear, It is between 10k and 12k plated. It was gently tested by me. It is magnetic as well. There are a few lines on the back where someone else did a more invasive gold test. I believe the pearl is real because it is unevenly bumpy and is secured to the pendent with a peg, not glued. However, I don't know if it is man made
