These are vintage Joan Rivers enameled flower brooches in a japanned setting. The enamel started as white with a light magenta highlights. The center has a cluster of shiny lilac tiny rhinestones at the top ending with white tiny shiny rhinestones around it. From the center it has small spikes that have lilac, white, orange, and citrine tiny rhinestones. To add to the sparkle, it features matching rhinestones on the petals. The larger flower is approximately 1 1/4 round and the smaller one is approximately 1 inch round. They are both signed. I couldn't capture the sparkle but believe me they shine! I don't see any major flaws.
