This silky smooth 14k chain is solid and a weighty 14.97 grams. It is a little over 6mm wide so impressive from a distance. The herringbone pattern has made a big comeback, but most people can only get a chain like this in an alternative metal or hollow lookalike.It is top quality, made in Italy, even its lobster clasp and connecting links. Its manufacturer is Aurafin, well known for the height of italian quality.This style of chain needs to be treated with respect. Herringbone chains can kink if strained beyond limits. A jeweler can usually straighten them, but it’s better to treat it right in the first place.
