John Lennon portrait signed print, litho by artist Violet Parkhurst

Research indicates this portrait of musician and Beatle’s member John Lennon was printed in 1980. Titled “In Memory,” it’s hand signed in pencil by artist Violet Parkhurst. Size 20” x 25” it was acquired at a sale in Las Vegas in the early 1980s and has never been framed. Parkhurst (1921-2008) was widely known as a marine/seascape artist. For decades her work was displayed and sold out of Parkhurst Galleries in Los Angeles. Since the signature has not been authenticated, this print is being offered at a significanly lower rice than some others I have seen listed. It will be shipped in a roll mailer tube.
