Vintage book ends designed by American bronze sculptor Gregory Seymour Allen (1884-1934). Both pieces are signed G. S. Allen on the back along with along with the Armor Bronze shopmark. They are in very good original condition and still have the origional felt lining on the bottom.A detailed pair of "Grand Dad" bronze book ends designed in the 1920's by American bronze sculptor Gregory Seymour Allen (1884-1934). Both pieces are signed G. S. Allen on the backEach bookend stands 7" tall, 6"wide and 4 3/8" deep and weigh approximately 5 Ibs 2 oz each. There are no cracks, breaks or known repairs.
