What a beautiful cocktail hat from the fashionable 1950s'! The solid cap is covered with iridescent pink sequins. Some of the sequins are shaped like tiny leaves, and they protrude upwards and create a creative pattern. There are two "stays" also covered in sequins. They help keep the hat in place. The inside is covered in lace. There is a label inside: SEQUINS STYLED AND IMPORTED FROM FRANCE.This is an authentic piece of fashion history! This hat is in wonderful vintage condition & has been lovingly preserved among over 1300 vintage hats we have collected for 40+ years. Feathers, straw, flowers & veils are fragile, given their age.
