With tags. No flaws to note. The kittens are attached. The middle kitten is on a pull string. When you pull it back and let go it kind of wiggles or shakes and the string pulls back into the mom cat. The other 2 are attached with a plastic loop that can be cut off. They both have hook & loop tongues that attach to the mother cat. Please see video.
