Everything includes original packaging, manuals, and inserts—yes, even the DS system itself comes with its original box and paperwork.

The DS is in very clean condition for its age. There’s some light yellowing on the shoulder buttons, screens, and box—typical for a 20-year-old white system—but it's subtle and doesn’t affect gameplay at all.
Even though it's a Japanese model, it plays English games with no problem since DS systems are region-free. (One of the photos shows it running my English copy of Pokémon White—not included in the sale.)
Everything functions perfectly, and the battery still holds a charge impressively well.
