Ended up finding this wooden piece cut up inside of a bunch of other pieces of wood for our backyard fire pit over the summer. Right away the piece was removed from the wood pile and brought into my workshop. It sat for a bit on the shelf above my work area. I decided to paint the cross something I felt would bring life to the cross and keep the artistic expression peaceful & within the lines of what this symbol actually represents. 2 of the pieces added to this creation starting with the top left & bottom right figurines are 1950's Fenton. Bottom left is Lefton, & last was the Vintage Tumbler Cherub with an average 100 purchase price online for the 4. To create elements of life to this piece I decided to add a bright & colorful floral arrangement.
The wife & I are always excited and proud to offer pieces such as this to the masses. An exceptional value for a one of a kind artwork.
