One of a kind piece??
Possibly!!
This Sea Witch painting can be found in oil and print by Stuart Leech. However, I was unable to find a decoupaged version like this. Thick paint of 2 colors and glaze along the back edges that would suggest this was handmade. Plus the print is on pressed wood. Tag at bottom of piece says ''Designed By John Griffiths . Possibly the person who created the decoupage art.
A very unique piece of vintage art!
This hung in my parents house since I was young!
Excellent vintage gently used condition!
