Vintage signed Bloomquist art pottery vase with brown glaze and a scene with trees that wrap around the hand thrown vase. Made by John Bloomquist of Kane, Pennsylvania. Bloomquist was a master potter who is known for his heavy applied slip type decorations like the ones on this vase that give it depth and a three-dimensional look to the surface.
