These are the Knox boot by Sam Edelman. They are a size 12 and feel true to size. Please see pics for current condition, but I see no major scuffs in the leather. On the right boot one of the lace holders has come free but a cobbler or some super glue could fix that. It doesn’t affect how the boot is worn.
