Antique John Wanamaker Photography of a Business Man holding a Cigar and reading News Paper.
Antique Photo was found as shown an estate sale. Photography comes in original wooden frame, has no glass in front, paper backing was torn but still mostly intact. Paper backing has affixed label stating John Wanamaker, New York, Philadelphia, Paris, London, Fine Art Pictures and Framing, Subject 330, Artist, Price 19624 . Above label Wisner is written in pencil, this could possibly be the type of camera used at the time? Overall condition of this antique John Wanamaker Photography seems to be very good. Some edge chipping (shown in photos) is apparent possibly from previously being removed from the frame. Does not seem to be major as the frame conceals it. The surface of the photo seems to be in very good condition. Some light spotting noted, I tried to capture pic with a angled view, overall does not seem to effect the integrity of the image. Measures 15x19 inches as stated in back of Pic.
