One Charles Field Haviland decorated porcelain tray with handles, floral pattern in pinks and greens, with blue centered flowers, gold trim on handles. Signed CFH/GDM on back. Tray measures 16 x 10 . No chips, stains or crazing; gold trim on the handles has faded as one might expect for a service piece that is more than 100 years old. Otherwise excellent vintage condition. When this tray was produced it would have been used as an undertray for matching service pieces, as a service platter or sandwich tray. It is still useful for these purposes but also could double as catch-all for table and dresser tops, or for display for historical interest. Shipping is free.
