The puzzle and frame is wood withcardboard backing. Overall, for it's age, this item is in very good condition.Used and played with but notabuse. The lion has a chip on hisleft ear. We thought this would be un to frame and hang on a wallin the nursery or in a gallery wall. Weattempted to "DO" the puzzle andit's challenging unless you have apicture of the finished design.
