This is an antique pastel art piece on paper. It’s a rose about to open up and I included photos outside the frame. The frame comes with glass covering to protect the delicate drawing. With frame it measures 4.25”x5”
This is quite old and the paper is very brittle. It comes from a larger piece that has torn because of how old the paper is, so I’m trying to save sections of it and frame so the art pastel drawing can live on and bring joy to others. Here is did tear trying to frame it so I glued it back together - you can see the seem where I glued together in the photos. I unfortunately do not know who the talented artist was, the work came unsigned. This was a part of the collection of Old City Park in Dallas and purchased by myself to help preserve the drawing by giving sections new life.
