Practically brand new used twice. Once in Utah and this time opening it up to take a photo. Only flaw is one of the sticks cracked but we taped it up. And it still holds up the whole tent as if it never cracked. No tears all sealed. This backyard was full of bees and we tested a full stay, even put our kids in it and it's completely sealed. Comes with everything.
