This book is in good condition but does some some wear and tear along the vinyl cover in some spots. Also the first page came with some name tag that over time has stuck on there very well. In fear of ripping the page or worse It still remains, also on that page at the top is a water spot mark that is on the top of a few pages but it’s only noticeable when viewing the book closed from on top. Also one of the pages wasn’t placed in the book correctly so it has some creases and the bottom of the page sticks out a bit more than the others.
No damage to any actual parts of the page though
