What a dress! This is a super special & rare piece. I’m guessing it’s 70’s based on the tag (I could be wrong). The graphic all over line design star print is so fun & bold yet still timeless & understated in a classic black & white color palette. Features a high round neck, has shoulder pads, zips in back. & flares to an A-line skirt.
