Gorgeous robe/ coat, definitely vintage but timelessly elegant. Excellent condition except for some fraying back of neck which can easily be repaired. ( see photos) I’ve tried to capture the beautiful stitching details on the hem and sleeves- this piece is just incredible. No tags, could possibly be all silk- it’s the work of a gifted seamstress whose eye for the sublime matches skill in the craft. The black lining is in perfect condition. Would be a beautiful wedding accoutrement or holiday wear. I am a size 8-10, 36C, 6 ft tall and slender- this fits beautifully but it could prob also fit a size 12, depending. Approx 53 inches long. See photos with measurements -I can do more measurements if you need. I absolutely adore this piece but I’ve never worn it, and it needs to be seen.
