There once was a taxi driver. He was an avid horror film fan, harboring a dream of producing and succeeding with his own horror film.

Then, he learned that a popular actress he admired, who had appeared in numerous horror films, was staying in Cannes. He set out for Cannes to negotiate her appearance in his film.

He tries to meet her and persuade her to appear in his film, but she is heavily guarded by producers and directors, making it impossible for him to even get close.

He attempts to contact her, even resorting to murdering those who stand in his way...
