14K Yellow Gold Pear Shape Created Ruby and Cubic Zirconia Ring Size 6Set securely in the center of the ring is a large pear shape created ruby. The created ruby measures 8 x 6mm and is set with four prongs. It has a deep cherry red color. The ruby is surrounded by a full row of prong set cubic zirconia. There are round cubic zirconias set across the top and the bottom and baguette cut stones along the sides. The white stones look like diamonds and have nice sparkle. This ring measures 14mm from top to bottom and from side to side. The band has a shiny high polished finish that would be easy to size up or down (locally). The setting is solid yellow gold and is stamped 14K. It has been gently cleaned and cloth polished and is in good preowned condition. Great for any finger, any occasion!
