Vintage 1948 illustrated hardcover book entitled “Rodin” by Judith Cladel. Includes original dust jacket and plastic wrap cover.

Includes 114 photogravure plates.
“Reproduction hélio” = héliogravure reproduction (also known as photogravure in English). Héliogravure is an old photographic printing process.
Condition is used. There is overall wear including yellowing or foxing discoloration. The dust jacket has edge wear and rubbing. There are pieces of cellophane tape on the jacket flaps. There is some writing on the front endpaper and on the back book flap. The front of the book was previously taped along the spine and you can see remnants of the tape and that the book is loosening from the spine. A few interior pages have minor flaws as shown in photos. Please zoom all photos for more details.
