This is an iconic late 60s early 70s jumpsuit made by Roger Milot for Fred Perlberg. Sold at luxury department store Joseph Magnin, it’s a collectible dramatic statement piece made of a soft velvet like material in bright orange with hand screen-printed pattern of stylized flowers in brown, black, maroon, silver/grey and white.Has a plunging gathered bodice and is belted with gold braid and colored rhinestone jewels. Had dramatic wide legs with such a wide sweep that it gives the appearance of a maxi dress. Zips down the back. Good vintage condition with no major flaws to note. Marked a size 7 - approx a small to extra small - see measurements in photos for best fit.Hips are free and there is about three inches of seam allowance to let the pants down if wanted. The perfect hostess outfit!
