Good preowned condition.
Small snag/hole on front middle by side seam on inner leg (Pic #4).
Some small snags in material (see Pic #11 for exs).
Small material run & a couple pinholes on inside of hidden button, side zip closure (Pic #12, bottom right pic).
May look black in pics, but dress pants are navy blue in color (see Pic #10 that shows Lafayette 148 dress pants on right in comparison to a pair of black dress pants on left).
Appears to have pleat folds, but not very prominent.
Hidden button, side zippered closure.
