This is a 1950 hardback coffee table sized copy of Wolf in Chef's Clothes, The Picture Cook and Drink Book for Men. This great Cookbook is super cool, is in excellent condition and is quite RARE. The lithograph pages are MCM charming, with color illustrations in that great 50s style. If you collect vintage cookbooks, I must admit, this is the best I've seen. This fantabulous book is not only (silly) informative (like, let's talk about this Wolf!!), but it's also so charming that it could easily be converted into a decor piece. Set it open to your favorite pages with a plate stand on a shelf or add it to a fun 1950s vignette in the kitchen or bar area. It's also an heirloom, or investment piece. With just a little bit of care, it could last lifetimes .
No matter which way you look at it, this Cookbook is a winner winner.
