1) The Front Panel has a tiny chip in the glass on the top right (See Pic), the FACE ID scanner is disabled and can not be set up, you can set up a passcode for security, all other functions are functional, and the battery capacity tested at 88%. The back metal panel has a dent and an engraving. This is an used item so there is usage wear.
2) Software has been updated. It has been reset and is ready to be set up by the new owner’s Apple ID. Don't forget to have a type c charge cord & adapter (30W) on hand for charging since it does not come with one.
