VINTAGE DISNEY CAST IRON MINNIE MOUSE 1940’s FIGURINE

This solid, cast iron Disney Minnie Mouse figurine was a toy of a loved one when they were little in the 1940’s & 50’s. The fact that children were given extremely heavy cast iron toy figurines to play with is a puzzlement with the safety standards that we have in place for current day! The world’s most famous female mouse measures 5-1/2”x3-1/2”, & is in EVC.Consistent with use, a lot of her paint has been played away, but compared to the pieces I have found in my research, she’s not in bad shape for her age - Please view all pics for condition. The Disneyana cast iron figurines are highly collectible & well sought out as they are scarce to find! Some people repaint them but that just takes away from their vintage goodness & value! This little darling can be displayed on a shelf, window, or table, or used as doorstop as she is so heavy!
