This set is an vintage and I don’t think it’s never been used and still in original box, and the tie clip is still attached. It is a Men’s swag bar tie clip and belt buckle. It has a spot where it can be monogrammed. It is hallmarked Kreisler Bronze Toggle and U S Pat 2195594. This set is Gold Filled and I looked up the Us Pat and it states from 1940. The box has seen better days on the outside top but inside looks good. Great set for that your special man in your life.
