Please examine closely ; it sold as is.it will be shipped by USPSPriority service with extra insurance in a double box packaging.Description of Item: This figurine represents the Chinese Thousand Hand Guan Yin Bodhisattva Goddess of Mercy ; an ancient cultural and religious figure.Her name in Sanskrit is Padma pani that means “born of a Lotus” which is the symbol of purity, peace, and harmony.That;s why her statues show her blooming out of a Lotus flower.Guan Yin is the Goddess of Mercy and Compassion in Buddhism and Chinese mythical religious believes. The thousand hands idea came from the legend stories that she was committed to help all ordinary people with their problems thus was going to different directions, thus Buddha gave her thousand hands to empower her with helping everyone in need.
