A very good or better copy; crisp, bright, and clean, with some mild rubbing to the corners. Beautiful gilt spine with lion rampant pattern, and brown Morocco title compartment. Raised bands, top edge gilt.
The book consists of seventy five (75) full-color illustrations, each with its own tissue guard with printed caption, depicting landscapes of Scotland. The text (254pp.) consists of a sweeping history of the landscape and people of Scotland.
Despite the corner rubbing, still a bright, crisp, sharp copy, unmarked internally, and certainly gift-quality.
