Very uncommon volume of poetry. Contains 60+ short poems, most on themes of post-Civil War America, nature, religion, etc. Title page includes a dedication to Susan B. Anthony. Dark green cloth covers with titles in gilt on cover and spine. Front free endpaper missing. Covers show wear and soil, some scattered foxing within. One of the top signatures slightly loose. 4.5 x 6.25 inches with 78 pages.
