Very beautifully done vintage ceramic tile. The notes on the back make it especially appealing, indicating that the artist of this piece won 2nd place in the Chicago Ceramic Hobby Show in 1970. The notes on the back also mention a few other pieces, sculptures and the like, which one 1st place at the same show. Neat to read through!
The frame measures about 7.25 square. The tile was taped onto the frame at the back, the tape has dried and come a bit loose due to age and could easily be redone.
