RARE RETIRED JAY STRONGWATER TRIBUTE PATRIOTIC SCROLL SWIRL CRYSTAL ENAMEL FRAME

This is an AUTHENTIC RETIRED Jay Strongwater Frame. This VERY RARE frame was purchased from Neiman Marcus many years ago.This frame is from the Tribute collection.A STUNNING scroll design adds charm to this sparkling frame. The back and trim is done in a silver-tone.The back also bears the Jay Strongwater name.Easel back frame. The frame is accented in Swarovski crystals throughout the frame.A classic frame and wonderful accent to any home decor.It measures approximately 4 1/2" round.It holds a 3 5/8" round picture.No missing crystals.Unfortunately, the glass is broken, but can easily be replaced.This was purchased MANY years ago and stored away in a non-smoking home.It does not come with the Strongwater box, Strongwater bag, or Strongwater tag.Pictures are of actual item.
