The name is" The Diamond Iron" It stands about 7 inches tall and is 10 inches long including the tank. The wooden handle is in rough shape and the control valve does turn. The iron used white gas injected under pressure to a flame in the case. It was patented in 1914. The Diamond Iron"", by the Akron Lamp and Mfg. Co., invery good working condition. The iron features a gas ball, vented body and wooden handle with a dark brown patina.It weighs 6 pounds. Perfect for a country laundry room. Enjoy! The paperwork is not included.
