This is an incredible antique wooden box that seems to have been sent using a 5 cent stamp; it has a name on the front and says David A. Hay and Co Wilmington Delaware; the bottom of the box is stamped Hyde Windlass Bath Maine, This box is nailed shut but we believe it is empty; I am not sure if this was a flag box or a hat box or for something else.It measures 16" x 4" deep.This is a very special box for collectors .I have a lot of great vintage items listed - happy to combine shipping whenever possible.Non smoking home, will ship within 24 hours of purchase.Happy to answer any questions!
